Cancellation, Shortages and Returns Policy
Orders may be cancelled prior to despatch of goods by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by telephone. A full refund of payment will be made if already processed.
If you are not satisfied with the goods you may return the goods for a full refund of payment, excluding all carriage costs. Goods must be returned in a re-saleable condition with all packaging intact.
Goods may be exchanged with additional carriage charges.
Shortages will be replaced at the discretion of the seller, otherwise the appropriate refund of payment will be made.
We will incur all return carriage charges if the goods are faulty, received in an unsatisfactory condition, despatched in error, or mis-represented on our web site.
You must notify us of your intention to return the goods by e-mail with 7 days of receipt of goods, and goods must reach us within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Once returns have been received and processed by us, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone of your refund or exchange.
